Ahshan was first introduced to Ribs 3 years ago and Ministry of Ribs came highly recommended by friends. It opened in 2015, owned by Mr. Kleiser Lee and his wife. It’s located in the Pandan Garden estate, occupying 2 shop lots with open air and air-conditioned dinning area. The signage for Ministry of Ribs include the following “Best Ribs In Town”. Let’s try it out to see if it’s true!

The restaurant is specialist in Ribs and we are spoilt for choices. I recommend the following:
Spicy Barbecue Mala Ribs, Jack Daniels Ribs and Hickory BBQ Ribs
Hickory BBQ Ribs

Although the names and taste are different, the commonality is the ribs are all tender and juicy! The meat is so tender that it does not even stick on to the bones!
For the best visual experience, one might try the Flaming series of Ribs.
Besides Ribs, Ministry of Ribs also serve some of the best steaks in town. I recommend: Australian Wangyu Rib-eye Steak (Medium Rare). The steak is well marinated, tender and flavourful. The beef simply melts in the mouth!

For dining in bigger groups, one may order the sharing platter. There are 12 different side dishes available. Choose 2 for each set or 4 for each sharing platter.
Side dish available:
Coleslaw, house salad, potato salad, pasta salad, wedges, french fries, onion rings, mashed potato, butter rice, garden vegetables, corn and baked potato.

Besides these, starters such as Sauted King Mushrooms & Bolognese Spaghetti goes well with the Ribs.

For drinks, I recommends Virgin Mojito. Of course, most people would simply get some beer to go along. A Tower of beer would be good for a bigger group. Cheers!

The ribs are simply finger licking good! Only the bones are left.

Although the ambience of the restaurant is good and the food is fantastic, the restaurant is located slightly far away from public transportation.
I strongly recommend Ministry of Ribs. From the number of loyalty rewards stamps above, one can guess that I am a big fan of the restaurant. Try the Ribs and you will certainly be back for more!
